Shipping Policy

UNBUTTON currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. We do not currently offer paid expedited shipping.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery normally takes 2–6 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email care@unbuttonhealth.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and email care@unbuttonhealth.com so our customer-care team can assist.
